Ashwagandha Powder – The Mood-Enhancing Superfood
Ashwagandha (withania somnifera) is an all-natural, adaptogenic, herbal dietary supplement found in subtropical climates. Ashwagandha has been used by cultures around the world for thousands of years and was first recognized for its mood-enhancing properties, helping people manage stress and achieve restful sleep.
